I stay at the Pullman Hotel Aerocity while on business travel. The best part is if you do any shopping and need something altered Manoj is a master tailor. He has tailored several jackets, dresses and kurtas for me over the years. He is professional, meticulous in his work and is able to do the work quickly.

Firstly, the lighting in the room was very dim. This made it difficult to work, especially as I was travelling for business. Even the table lamp did not provide sufficient brightness, which affected the usability of the workspace in the room. Secondly, two weeks plus after I had already checked out and returned overseas, I received an email informing me that I had been undercharged due to an error on the hotel’s side. As I was staying on a Corporate rate for business travel, receiving such a notice well after my departure was inconvenient. Given that the mistake originated from the hotel, it would have been more professional, and far more guest-friendly for the hotel to absorb the cost instead of contacting the guest long after checkout. On the plus side, the food at the restaurant was good and the staffs at the hotel were friendly.
