However, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Please know our breakfast selection is usually enjoyed by guests, and we’ll address the temperature control points raised. We also need to clarify that welcome drinks are offered at check-in through automated prompts - our front desk team would’ve been happy to assist if informed.
