We stay at this hotel on a regular basis. It's location is perfect for anyone who wants to spend time in the city centre. Rooms are clean and and staff are friendly and always ready to support.

Check in was prolonged due to system issues and some of party got faulty room keys. Lift console, whilst working, was broken and looked shoddy Bed comfy and shower fine. Didnt try breakfast Charging guests for bag storage is a bit of a liberty

I stayed at the Ibis to watch a Nottingham Forest game. The location was very close to both the coach and train stations, my double room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good too.
