Despite not having a direct airport limosine to the hotel, i quite enjoyed my stay here. It was a hassle since it is between 2 rather busy train stations, and that i landed at 4am in the morning, private car was the best mode for me. There are cafes around, so are convenient stores. I like the bathroom set up. Shower space was good. Hot shower was fast. Mini fridge was cold. TV channels were ok, but no options for mirrorcast from mobile device. Room itself is pretty small, practically no space for your suitcase to lay flat and closed. Even pulling out the desk chair was tight. Aircon/heater was great. I was surprised that the gym was nicely equipped. Breakfast was super simple. Laundry was good. During my visit, 1 washer machine was out of order. It would be good if the machine was totally switched off or cover the coin/bill slot. Someone used it and caused the floor to be flooded. The notice was not visible for ignorant guests. Am planning for my next travel in March, and might return here.

The staffs can't smile and had bad attitude, like machines. The equipments in the room are old. But the staffs in the kitchen are really nice. Never go back again. I d like going to Hilton garden Gamnan

it is wonderful to stay here again while in my 10 days of business trip. everything is very nice, a location, service of staffs, clean room, well maintained facilities, and easy to access.. I hope there is a super single size of bed rather than a queen size because it make feel little tight on the space of the room. But again I love this place that's reason why I am continuously staying this hotel. thanks for serving me all the time.

The hotel offers great location with bus stops and subway close, besides the free taxi service from and to Coex Bus Terminal. The only downside was the size of the room, with two single beds we were hoping for a more spacious room, the beds were so close to each other that we thought we have gotten the wrong room with a king size bed.
