Great hotel for a one night stay before going on our cruise,friendly staff comfortable beds nice and clean with a good breakfast, my friend and I were sat having a bottle of wine in the lobby all of a sudden a lady came over picked out bottle of wine up and ran,fortunately one of the staff seen this incident and provided us with a new bottle which I thought was very nice so overall a good stay.

Best placed for Horizon terminal. Hotel always clean, with a lift, and very helpful staff. Excellent price.

Stopped for one night whilst visiting friends. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Some of the bathroom fittings were a little tired. We had booked breakfast but was told on arrival that we had to go the next hotel for it, as they couldn't cater at the moment. Disappointed that we weren't made aware of this before travelling or on the point of booking.
