We used the hotel for the distance to the dock. However it was walking distance for the town. Very clean and comfortable

The hotel is good and easy check in. Close to the port if cruising. I received two different quotes for parking and on arrival the same. They honoured the discounted parking for guests - but it just makes me anxious when conflicting info. Seems like a training need, as otherwise it looks a bit like the hotel isn't transparent with their fees. For info I was offered parking at either £12 or £20. The £12 rate is if you have an overnight booking and are extending it. £20 if you just want to use the carpark without a stay (my understanding). I usually book on a parking app which is cheaper but was sold out. It shouldn't cost more to buy in the hotel than on the app for the same car park.
