+ The stuff was nice except one lady at breakfast. The hotel location is perfect. It is nice and clean. - The mattress and pillows are terrible, not possible to sleep with them. That bad. We have back ache after 5 days at the hotel. I asked the hotel in advance, when I made the booking, if they might prepare a small surprise for my son as he was turning 3 when we arrive. They promised and after that there was absolutely nothing in the room and it was so disappointing. Also, we had some administrative issues that were not solved at the end, even they promised before my arrival. In general, the hotel is nice as a venue but all mentioned above will stop me from visiting it again. I am sorry. All the best!

Great hotel, perfect location, excellent housekeeping. Even better was the quality breakfast buffet which is run by ‘BOBBIE’. He was amazing, looked after dining guests with genuine care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept the buffet clean and tidy which is often hard to do. The food selection was plentiful, tasty and a great variety. This was quality food. Bobbie made the best omelettes that we have ever had and we travel a lot. He was the standout of our visit and made our stay more enjoyable. If you are gluten free, Bobbie, provided a bread basket of different kinds of gluten free buns. They were so good, we had to keep asking if they were gluten free. They definitely were. A mention too of Mohammad who also worked the breakfast, he was lovely, always attentive and helped with any questions. These two are big assets of this hotel.
