The hotel was lovely, but kettle had to be pressed down in a certain way for it to work, but was provided with tea and coffee. Bathroom was nice too. The only thing was when booking on All Accor- it said if you wanted to include an airport train ticket, which hotel is no longer doing when I asked them(as I bought the ticket when booking hotel) luckily I didn’t get charged for this. Hotel only 10 mins train ride from airport. And is a metro ride to Hoofdoorp- which has plenty of shops and restaurants. They also kept my baggage when I checked out. Also Rituals toiletries in the bathroom!!!!!

Issues with the reservation but the manager was able to resolve it with some effort the hotel had a great location for the airport. Good breakfast easy to access. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for everything we needed.

We have checked in 2 rooms for 5 nights stay for family vacation in Amsterdam. The hotel frontdesk informed us that they did not provide complimentary breakfast and other benefits for ALL Platinum membership because my card issued for Asia Pacific only. The housekeeping is very clumsy type and also forget to change the towels or did not clean up one of our room during our stay.
