Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. How to Book Your Stay with Points Online
  • You can use your Rewards points to pay for part or all of your online booking for stays at hotels participating in the ALL loyalty programme. Independent partner hotels involved in the ALL loyalty programme do not accept ALL points.
  • The total amount (tax included) of your booking must be equal to or greater than the value of the points used (e.g., 2,000 points = €40).
  • Prepaid bookings or bookings that cannot be changed or canceled must include partial payment by bank card.
  • You can use your Rewards points on the following websites: all.accor.com, sofitel.com, pullmanhotels.com, mgallery.com, novotel.com, suitenovotel.com, mercure.com, ibishotel.com, ibisstyles.com, adagio.com, or by booking directly with any hotel participating in the ALL loyalty programme.
  • The use of points cannot result in any monetary compensation, including change.
  1. How Many Points Are Required?
  • A minimum of 2,000 points is required at the time of booking.
  • Points are used in increments of 2,000 points (e.g., if you have 4,540 points in your account, you can use 4,000 points).
  • You can use up to 1,000,000 points per booking when booking online through participating sites or the Accor mobile app.
  • When booking through other channels, your points will be automatically applied in multiples of 2,000 points for the booking.

  1. What If I Don’t Have Enough Points?
    If you don’t have enough points, you can pay the remaining balance using your regular payment method, either online or at the hotel, according to the rate's terms and conditions.

  2. Will I Earn Rewards Points for Bookings Made with Points?
    The portion of the bill paid with Rewards points is not eligible to earn further points. However, the remaining balance for other services is eligible for points according to the programme’s general terms and conditions.

  3. Will I Lose My Points if I Cancel or Change My Stay?
    Your points will be refunded to your ALL – Accor Live Limitless account in the following situations:

  • Cancellation due to declined or failed payment.
  • Cancellation of a booking prior to the arrival date for rates that can be canceled or changed.
  • Changes to a booking that involve a reassessment of points used for rates that can be canceled or changed (unless you’ve already checked in).
  • No-show for rates that can be canceled or changed (the amount for the first night will be charged).

Note: Points will not be refunded for changes or cancellations made for rates that cannot be changed or refunded.

How to use your points

  • From 1,000 Reward points: 1,000 points = EUR 20 off 
  • From 2,000 Reward points: 2,000 points = EUR 40 off 

 

Want to save even more?

You can use your points to cover a larger portion of your stay, or pay with a combination of points and your preferred payment method. 

Example: For a €100 stay: Use 4,000 Reward points to get €80 off and pay only €20 for the rest!

 

Not enough points?

No problem. You can always cover the remaining balance with your chosen payment method, giving you more flexibility to enjoy your stay.

 

Enjoying your points is easy

  • ONLINE: Log in to your ALL account and book at any participating hotel marked with the ALL Points symbol.
  • AT THE HOTEL: Use your Reward points** during your stay to reduce your bill at check-out. Just ask the hotel reception for assistance.
