Terms & Conditions of ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam’s Cinema Package

By booking Taste the Scene / The After Hours / Urban Break Packages, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Offer Overview

This promotion is a hotel package offered by ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam (the “Hotel”), including accommodation and access to the Monoplex Cinema located within the hotel premises.

Guests booking this package are entitled to one (1) night accommodation, two (2) Monoplex Cinema tickets, and additional benefits depending on the selected package.

2. Stay Period

• The After Hours: From 20 February 2026 onward

• Taste the Scene: From 4 February 2026 onward

• Urban Break: From 4 February 2026 onward

The offer is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Package Inclusions

Taste the Scene

• One (1) night accommodation

• Two (2) Monoplex Cinema tickets

• Lunch for two (2) at The 365 Fresh Restaurant

The After Hours

• One (1) night accommodation

• Two (2) Monoplex Cinema tickets

• Two (2) signature bar drinks

Urban Break

• One (1) night accommodation

• Two (2) Monoplex Cinema tickets

All package benefits must be used during the stay period. Unused benefits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

4. Cinema Ticket Usage

1. Upon confirmation of the room reservation, booking instructions and a dedicated reservation code (coupon number) will be sent via SMS to the contact details provided at the time of booking on the morning of the check-in date.

2. Guests must use the reservation code to select their preferred screening time and seats either at the hotel Front Desk (1st floor) or via the official Monoplex Cinema website.

3. Reservations are valid only for screenings available during the guest’s stay period.

4. Any unused cinema tickets will automatically expire after check-out.

5. Screening schedules are subject to change depending on Monoplex Cinema operations.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Free cancellation is permitted until 6:00 PM (local time) one (1) day prior to the check-in date.

• Cancellations or modifications made after this deadline will incur a penalty equivalent to one (1) night’s room charge.

• In case of no-show, one (1) night’s room charge will apply.

6. ALL – Accor Live Limitless Member Benefits

1. Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless must provide their membership number at the time of booking and present proof of membership upon check-in.

2. Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within approximately ten (10) days after check-out.

3. Points accrual and benefits are subject to the applicable rate conditions and ALL loyalty program terms.

7. General Conditions

• This package is available in limited quantities and is subject to room availability and Monoplex Cinema capacity.

• Standard hotel policies regarding check-in/check-out times and child occupancy apply.

• Package benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.

• The Hotel reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
