Full payment required at time of booking.

Upon making reservations credit card details will be provided by the individual guests to pay/guarantee at the contracted rates, the full stay amount at time of booking.

The hotel to confirm the validity of the credit card. Novotel London ExCeL hotel will not accept any booking request where valid credit card detail will be missing / invalid.

Cancellation Policy Individual Reservations: Cancellations must be received in writing (email / electronically) up to 4 pm hotel local time, 10 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date, and all no-shows, shall be subject to a cancellation fee for the full stay, and which shall be charged directly to the Conference Attendee.
