All reservations must be guaranteed with a NAB Rewards credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay. Please refer to the individual hotels’ cancellation, check in and check out policy. The NAB Rewards credit card used for guarantee must be presented upon check-in. *NAB Rewards members may convert their NAB Rewards points into ALL Reward Points. ALL is Accor’s loyalty programme. To do this, the NAB Rewards member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership card. NAB Rewards Points may only be transferred from a NAB Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. After conversion, the converted ALL Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules. 6 NAB Rewards Points = 1 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points. The redemption of NAB Rewards Points will be administered solely by NAB Rewards and it can take up to 10 business days to transfer into the ALL membership account. Once NAB Rewards Points have been redeemed for ALL points, they are governed by the ALL membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
