Become a member of ALL, or sign in if you're already a member. Sign up to the offer via the link above, the activation code will be automatically pre-filled. Once the subscription is finalized, the offer is activated and a confirmation email is sent.

Ensure your ALL loyalty number is part of your company booking tool traveler profile before you book.

The code must be identical to the one you received (it’s case-sensitive) and is for one-time use only. If the code isn’t working, this means that either you are not eligible for the offer, or that the code has already been used. An error message should tell you the reason and invite you to contact our Customer Service team.

It may take up to 7 days following your check-out from the hotel for points to be credited to your account. If you have stayed in one of our eligible hotels near the end of your validity period, there may be a delay of a few days before your status is updated. If your points don’t appear in your account and your status isn’t updated after 7 days, please contact our Customer Service team via the Support area on our website.

To be eligible, your stay must:

 

- Be linked to your ALL account. Ensure your ALL loyalty number is part of your company booking tool traveler profile before you book. 

 

- Meet the same eligibility criteria as those for the ALL programme (use an official booking method such as the all.accor.com website or the ALL.com app, for example, booking a rate eligible for points and staying at a hotel participating in the programme).

 

- Be completed during your offer’s validity period. It is important that the check-out date of your stay falls within this period. Please note: if your stay was booked before you registered for the offer, it will be eligible if the dates of the stay fall within the validity period.
