Accor Travel Update

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Due to recent geopolitical developments in the Middle East causing travel disruptions, Accor has implemented a flexible cancellation and modification policy for guests directly impacted.

 

Who is eligible?

 

1. Guests with a booking in a hotel located in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, Pakistan and who were scheduled to travel to or transit through one of the affected countries and whose journey is impacted by airport closures or travel disruptions may:

  • cancel their non-refundable booking and receive a refund, or
  • modify their stay without penalty for a later date in the same hotel*.

Conditions: 

Booking made on or before February 28, 2026

Arrival date up to and including March 31, 2026

 

2. Guests residing in or transiting through Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Iran and Israel who are impacted by travel restrictions, may also:

  • cancel their non-refundable booking and receive a refund, or
  • modify their stay without penalty for a later date in the same hotel*.

Conditions: 

Arrival date between February 28 and March 31, 2026

Proof of residence or of a flight departing from the affected region may be required

 

3. For group reservations, meetings and events, conditions may be adjusted on a casebycase basis. In light of recent regional developments, Accor is committed to supporting our clients with upcoming meeting, event, and group bookings.

  • Attendees of meetings, events, or group bookings at affected hotels or regions are encouraged to coordinate any changes or special requests through their company's designated contact or travel organizer. This ensures timely communication with the hotel and facilitates necessary adjustments.
  • Organizers of meetings, events, or group bookings at affected hotels should contact the hotel directly or reach out to their Global Sales Representative to discuss changes or special requests.
  • Accor is committed to providing flexibility and support to our partners and clients during these uncertain times.

Accor’s cancellation policy set out above apply to all bookings, whether made directly or through a third party.

 

How can I obtain a refund or modify my booking?

If you booked directly with Accor (all.com, ALL Accor App, brand websites, call center, or directly with the hotel), the process differs depending on the type of rate booked:

 

  • Flexible bookings (Free cancellation / "Flex" rates)

You can cancel your stay yourself directly from your ALL Accor account:

1. Log in to your account on all.com or the ALL Accor App and go directly to "Your Reservations".

2. Select the reservation you wish to cancel.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the "Details of your booking" section.

4. Click the "Cancel booking" call‑to‑action to complete your cancellation.

 

  • Non‑flexible bookings (Non‑refundable / "No Flex" rates)

For non‑refundable bookings eligible for our exceptional policy, please contact our customer service team using the phone numbers available here: Reservation office.

Requests for refunds or modifications must be made before the original arrival date.

If you booked through a travel agency or an online platform, please contact them directly, as they will manage any changes or cancellations on your behalf.

 

*Subject to availability and applicable rate and conditions. Any difference in price must be paid by the guest.
