1. Purpose of the offer

The present T&Cs ALL Accor x Yuu APP Download Offer MEA APAC: Bonus 1,000 Reward points refers to a bonus of Reward points granted to eligible ALL Members who download and log in to the ALL Accor mobile app (available on IOS and Android) for the first time during the period described below (the “Offer”). By downloading and logging into the app, the Member accepts the present T&Cs ALL Accor x Yuu APP Download Offer MEA APAC: Bonus 1,000 Reward points.

The ALL Accor Terms and Conditions of Membership apply to this Offer.

2. Eligibility

This Offer is available exclusively to ALL Accor Members who reside in Singapore and who download and log in in to the ALL Accor app for the first time.

Members must not have downloaded or been logged into the ALL Accor app in the twelve (12) months preceding the Offer period. Previous downloads, even if the ALL Accor app has since been deleted, will render Members ineligible to the Offer.

3. Reward Points allocation

ALL Members may earn 1,000 bonus Reward Points by downloading and logging into the ALL Accor app (available on iOS and Android) for the first time during the specified Offer period.

4. Activation requirements

The following criteria shall be considered for the activation of the bonus:

• The Member must download the ALL Accor app, open it and log in to their ALL Accor loyalty account or create a new account to log in.

• Only the first-ever download and login by a given Member in the conditions above is eligible.

• The activation of this bonus is exclusively associated with the Member’s account and not with any individual mobile device. Downloading the ALL Accor app on multiple devices does not entitle the Member to multiple bonuses, each member shall be entitled to receive this bonus only once.

5. Offer period

This Offer is valid for ALL Accor app downloads and logins completed between 1 September 2026 00:01 a.m. and 31^st October 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (Central European Time (UTC+1).

6. Timing of bonus credit

If eligible, the Reward Points will be credited to the Member's account within one (1) hour after downloading and login into the ALL Accor app for the first time.

7. Combination with other offers

This offer is not linked to a hotel stay and can be combined with other ongoing promotional offers or benefits.

8. Limitations and modifications

This offer is subject to availability. A total cap of 500,000 Reward Points is allocated to this bonus campaign. Once this number of Reward Points is reached, Accor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Offer immediately without prior notice.

9. Responsibility & force majeure

Accor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability towards Members. In particular, Accor shall not be held responsible if the Offer cannot be implemented due to events of force majeure. In such cases, no compensation shall be due and the benefits of the Offer (including Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the Offer cannot be implemented.
