No communication is made between members and hotel using contacts other than the authorized contact written in this terms and conditions.​ ​

Accor is not responsible for any fraud or loss caused by any unauthorized contact other than the one written in this terms and conditions.​ ​

Members will receive the e-ticket of Java Jazz Festival after payment is confirmed (latest by 22 May 2024)​ ​

Java Jazz Festival ticket and check-in date of hotel stay must fall on the same date. ​ ​

Java Jazz Festival ticket available through this offer is valid only for 1 day based on the date of the ticket.​ ​

Ticket will be issued only if the name in ID card is the same according to the name in the reservations, and members must present their valid ID card and membership card upon check-in at the hotel as well as at the event venue. Otherwise, ticket cannot be issued.​ ​

Members must present their membership card and ID card upon check-in at the hotel (physical card or digital card through the ALL app or their member number), according to the name in the reservations. ​ ​

ALL - Accor Live Limitless standard Reward points will be credited to your membership account within 10 days following the end of your stay. ​ ​

Reward points that will be credited to your membership account, will be based on the amount of room rate only.​ ​
