We stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel was simple and nice. Our room was triple and big enough. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! Very big variety!!! The tram stop was next to the hotel. Also they offer parking with 30€ per day.

We were not provided the rooms we booked (one 25 sq m with double bed and single bed and one 17 sq m with double bed) and we were not told and only found out when opening the rooms that these were two 17 sq m with souble bed. When we came back to reception we were told we had been upgraded (coffee machine and carpet) but there were no twin room available in the aisle. Eventually we were given a 17 sq m twin room in another aisle where one of the two elevators were out of order. Other customers were also unpleased for other reasons and this relationship was not what we experienced so far with Ibis and Accor hotels, including in Italy.

Unfriendly staff - security, bar, restaurant, front desk. No coffee offered - whether free or paid before 6:30am. This is very bad speciallt because there us no cafe in the immediate visinity of the hotel. No upgrade and service usually extended to Platinum members.

It was the worst IBIS Hotel I've ever stayed, and I'm a Silver Client used to stay in many Accor Hotels around Europe for several years already.  Besides being crowded and noisy, it was expensive for the services provided. Breakfast food with no quality, no diversity, and bad presentation.  Food on the floor, broken glasses, because of the mess of so many people taking the breakfast at the same time. Old room furniture and weak pression in the water in the bath.  1 elevator not working and, worst of all, no inside stairs as an alternative and no sign of it. One has to exit by the emergency door to outside of the building and, only then, we have to discover the access to the inside stairs leading to the lobby. Amazing! Only asking at the Reception, and one of the employees went there with me to show it.  Very bad, and very dangerous, specially in a Hotel with so many rooms and so many people.  Because I had also a similar bad experience, 2 months ago, regarding the quality of the breakfast and the premises in a Novotel, also in Italy, I'm seriously considering in leaving Accor Group as a future choice to my stays.

Concerning breakfast, I am sorry to hear that you found it lacking in quality and presentation. All our products are sourced from certified suppliers, and many items are prepared in-house by our kitchen team. Our breakfast selection includes scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, several varieties of cheese and cold cuts, vegetables, fresh and cut fruit, classic and Greek yoghurt, multiple types of croissants, as well as traditional Italian crostata pies and cakes, to name a few. With regard to the crowded conditions during breakfast, while we strive to manage guest flow as efficiently as possible, peak times can unfortunately be difficult to predict. For this reason, we display recommended time slots at reception and in common areas to help guests avoid the busiest periods. As for the elevators, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the temporary outage, which was due to mandatory maintenance. Please note that staircases are clearly marked with signage in the corridors and at reception, as my colleague later demonstrated. I would also like to reassure you that the hotel is fully compliant with Italian safety regulations and international safety certifications, always ensuring the well-being of all our guests. We value your loyalty as a Silver Client of Accor and truly hope to regain your trust in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.
