Not a great experience. When I booked on your website I have chosen a royal suite. At the time of checking I was getting in tower 5 a 3 bedroom furnished apartment. I did not book a furnished apartment? It was very disappointing. I was telling the front desk staff though I have a none refundable booking I’m prepared to leave this apartment and lose my money if I don’t get what I originally booked and paid for. I met with the supervisor Omar and offered to change to tower 2 suite 22311 It was having 2 beds and at last hardly we managed as we were 5 adults. In your website if you mean the royal suite is the furnished apartment then this is totally misleading we know very well what it is the royal and presidential suite. This hotel do need a retuning and better management system.

My experience at Rixos Premium Alamein was exceptional. I truly enjoyed the luxurious atmosphere, vibrant vibes, and outstanding hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to visit again.

Bad service - complications everywhere in the parking in the restaurant in the beach - room was not cleaned in the 2nd day - they charged me more than I consumed and acknowledged the error but the refund is still pending

Check in was horrible , guest relation was disappointing,dinner reversion first night was really weird

Location, design, atmosphere are amazing Miss Nada Mahmoud from the guest relationship team was very helpful, cooperative The barman at the infinity pool "Waleed " was very helpful and polite. The facilities, comfort and location of the Rixos Premium Alamein are great. However, there are some significant issues with the service me and my family received as well as the quality of the food. In addition, we chose the all-inclusive package for 5 nights, thinking we could enjoy different lunches and dinners at the various advertised restaurants. However, the lunch provided was only limited to buffet at the main restaurant and the beach and pool bar, with zero a la carte options, which is quite limiting and misleading. All other restaurants are closed for lunch. Regarding the bad service, this was prevalent throughout our stay, as we were treated as second class guests because we were not of western (white) or Arabic ethnicity. It was not a once off occurrence as were constantly overlooked and bypassed when it came to simple requests like a table, or being served at the buffets, even though we, just like everybody else, paid the high rates to stay there. I would definitely not recommend the Rixos Premium Alamein for anybody who looks different from the above demographic due to the atrocious way me and my family were treated.

Bad service, employees do not try to help at all. It takes ages to move around, and food is horrible despite it is expensive. You did not get what you paid for.

Beautiful beach and good location. Mr. Nabil was very helpful when we had to change rooms because of the sewage smell, and the Guest Relations lady was also kind and genuinely tried to help us. Unfortunately, the service did not match what we expected from a hotel marketed as “Premium.” Check-in took around 1.5 hours, with no welcome drink or proper greeting. Our room was also not properly vacuumed when we arrived. We requested a crib for our 9-month-old baby, but it came without a mattress, only a duvet and bedsheet. When I asked for a proper mattress, I was told they did not have one, which was very concerning from a baby-safety perspective. Our bathroom in room 2809 developed a strong sewage smell that kept returning even after we reported it, and we eventually had to change rooms. Beach and pool service also felt understaffed. We often had to find our own seats and towels. The hotel is very large, but the facilities and staffing do not seem sufficient for its capacity. At checkout, we were told that service is affected during high season. I don’t think that is a reasonable excuse. If guests are charged full premium prices during high season, they should receive the full premium level of service, not a reduced experience because the hotel is busy. Food and drinks were also extremely expensive: two mango juices cost 900 EGP, and after paying around 2,700 EGP per person for the dinner buffet, only water was included. We also requested two breakfast boxes for family members who had to leave early because of an emergency. We were initially told they would cost extra. Guest Relations later kindly made them complimentary, but we ultimately received only one box. Hotel staff were encouraging us to leave a positive review on Booking.com, despite the fact that we had experienced and raised several problems during our stay. This is the first hotel I have stayed at where staff specifically pushed us for a positive review. Rather than asking guests for positive reviews, I believe the focus should be on providing the level of service that naturally earns them. Overall, too many basic service details were missing for a hotel positioned and priced as a premium 5-star property.

Hotel in a great location, Excellent management, delicious food with a lot of variety with high quality ingredients. Ala carte restaurants Italian, BBQ, Turkish, greek, and more have a great variety of dishes based on its country. Main restaurant offers a huge variety of food with excellent staff service. The room offers a modern and incredible experience with its stunning view. Overall the hotel is one of the best hotels you could go in the north coast.

The hotel location and view are excellent, and the facilities are very good. However, my main concern was the staff attitude and professionalism, which were not what I expected from a 5-star luxury hotel. At check-in, the receptionist took my phone to check the reservation and kept it for several minutes. His colleague suggested that I could sit while he finished, but he ignored him. He then took a copy of my ID, asked me to wait, and later came back for my signature. As an ALL Accor Gold member, I asked about my membership benefit for a room upgrade if available. The receptionist didn’t seem aware of this benefit. After I explained it and asked him to check, he told me the hotel was full. Later, I called from my room and asked to use my welcome drink benefit and have it delivered to my room. The staff member told me no and said the welcome drink was only available in the lobby during check-in. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience with many of the staff. They seemed stressed and not very welcoming, with little smiling. There were some good exceptions, especially the person who cleaned my room and Mr. Mohamed, the restaurant assistant manager during dinner. They were both friendly and professional. Overall, the hotel itself is very good, but the staff attitude, professionalism, and understanding of ALL Accor Gold membership benefits need improvement to match the standards expected from a 5-star luxury hotel.

The receptionist was not cooperative and we get our room one hour late and they refuse to change the room as the view of the room was very poor and they promised to check for another option and they will call us back and they did not call back or check the problem
