Amazing 😍

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The amenities are world class. I enjoyed a really beutiful and nice beach, the heated pool, the spa, and a few restaurants.

I was very perfect and comfort for us starting from arriving and valet parked my car and free upgrade from room to junior suit that to provided me and special decoration that you did at the room and the cake. It was unforgettable stay and anniversary occasion

Having stayed at other Rixos hotels, I felt Rixos Premium Alamein fell below the standard of service and quality I expected. Our Deluxe Suite was okay overall, although the shower was small. The reception staff were helpful, but we were not offered welcome drinks despite being Accor Platinum members. Breakfast could be improved. My eggs were poorly cooked, and I had to ask the chef to prepare them again. The Turkish restaurant was disappointing. The food did not feel authentically Turkish, and the kebab was not good. We were not brought fresh bread, and the tea I requested took around 30 minutes to arrive. The Italian restaurant was better, although the menu could offer more variety, and something we requested was unavailable. Service at the lobby bar was very slow. Other guests were being served while we waited to be acknowledged. We only wanted Turkish coffee, but we had to ask twice and still waited a long time. I also felt uncomfortable with the security checks when returning from the mall to the hotel. The same member of staff repeatedly asked whether we were hotel guests, despite having seen us before. I did not see European guests being questioned in the same way, which felt inconsistent and unwelcoming. The beach area needs better organisation, especially when busy. The paid cabana offered very little, with no fruit or drinks provided inside. The spa also needs more care and attention to meet the standard I associate with Rixos. When I asked for drinking water, a staff member said none was available, and there was no bottled water provided. The surrounding area offers limited options, and the mall felt empty. More cafés and a food court would make it more enjoyable. Overall, there were some positives, particularly the reception staff, but the dining, service, beach organisation and spa need significant improvement. This stay did not match my experiences at other Rixos hotels.

We had a lovely stay at Rixos Al Alamein. The hotel excided our expectations. The high standard was kept in all aspects starting from facilities, dining to entertainment. The staff was always kind, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was stunning featuring the coast. The beach was beautiful and clean. Children were kept busy wheather in the pool, beach or kids playground. We had a great holiday.

We stayed for four nights in a Premium Suite with Panoramic View. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are excellent, and we enjoyed the room and overall atmosphere. However, several service issues affected our stay. Breakfast was included in our booking. When my wife and I went to Turquoise, the employee at the entrance was not welcoming and simply told us the restaurant was full and sent us to another restaurant, without offering a waiting option or any real assistance. The alternative restaurant was noticeably below the same standard: there was a strong smell of fish, the food was not as good, the area felt poorly organized and more like a children’s dining area. We were also given a table, left our belongings there to get food, and returned to find another guest seated at our table. The staff casually told us to take another table. We also had a frustrating experience trying to reserve a restaurant. The restaurant sent us to Reception, where the same employee who checked us in responded in an irritated and unhelpful way. He told us the responsible department was unavailable until the next day, while another employee later told us that Guest Relations could help immediately. The information was unnecessarily confusing. A staff member named Amr also approached us about a paid membership. The price, conditions and benefits were not clearly explained before attempting an Apple Pay payment, and the information about cancellation was inconsistent. It felt like a pressured sales approach. The cocktails we ordered were also disappointing, and different employees gave us different prices for the same or similar items. More generally, we felt that service was inconsistent. At times, foreign guests appeared to receive more attention, and we also had the impression that the level or speed of service sometimes depended on tipping. Overall, we liked the hotel, room and views, but the service experience was inconsistent and needs improvement.

Unlike previous stays, this time on the mid night of the 22nd had a air cooling system failure that kept me awake.... it was however resolved after two attempts

Egyptian guys speaks in Arabic with tourist and makes bad jokes about them and they don’t understand what they are saying

I can confidently say that this was by far one of the most pleasing, favorable, enjoyable and satisfying vacations for me and my little family. Marking our 4th stay at this stunning coastal paradise, and our 15th consecutive time at Rixos Egypt, Rixos Premium Alamein remains forever close to our hearts. Starting from truly authentic heartfelt welcome, to the usual Rixos hospitality generosity, to the newly revamped immersive entertainment, super culinary experience and impressive utilities, our experience has been shifted to another new level, feeling every single corner revitalized. Where to start ! Of course with our beautiful super luxurious deluxe suite, at an eminent height on the 17th floor, with the most spectacular breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, and a fascinating panoramic view either through the day or at night, having also the privilege of viewing a stunning sunrise or sunset, all of which that left us with the highest super luxe sensational experience :) Then, nothing could be more fabulous than laying down by the beach on the fascinating marvelous sparkling white sand and immersing ourselves in the charming glittering crystal-clear turquoise water while breathing the most refreshing air breeze under a lovely sun, all of which nourish our soul and activate the best relaxation mode we could ever imagine. As for the Entertainment.. A whole new vibes, with more yet to come.. Amazing Pink Pool Party with Live Tropical vibes.. Awesome White Sand Café DJ vibes and amazing White & Gold Party which we enjoyed a lot.. Awesome International-level evening shows, Save the Queen Dance, JLo Dance and the Brazilian Shows, which we liked so much.. Incredible Foam Party with incredible vibes which we amazingly enjoyed.. Nearly 4 hours of daily Beach Volleyball with wonderful people and exciting vibes.. A cheerful birthday party for my son on the stage with the most kind and lovely energetic people. As for our Culinary Experience.. Turquoise Restaurant has been transformed to another new level.. More and more super delicious, well-presented, catchy, tasty and mouthwatering Seafood, Meat and Chicken feasts which were captivating and outstanding.. Mangal restaurant barbeque vibes are always iconic and unbeatable, with super delicious grills and the best super crew ever.. Dalila restaurant oriental stunning vibes and decoration which we always enjoy, with superb mouthwatering oriental dishes and superb lovely crew. Yet, all such outstanding experiences wouldn’t have been possible without the true Pearls and the core of Rixos Premium Alamein, their Staff, who continue to treat us with profound respect, genuine generosity, and unwavering kindness, constantly striving to surprise us, exceeding our expectations, while putting a constant smile on our faces. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Rixos Premium Alamein for the warm welcome and for making my stay such a beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, I truly appreciated the hospitality, the attention to detail and the excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning setting, a gorgeous beach and a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was designed to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I especially loved the beautiful surroundings and the beach, which made the experience even more special. The staff were kind, attentive and always ready to help. I also shared my experience at Rixos Premium Alamein on my Snapchat, where I have a large number of followers, and I was very happy to introduce my community to this beautiful resort and share some of the highlights of my stay. The only point I would suggest improving is access to Marassi Marina for Rixos guests. It would be wonderful if the hotel could provide a QR code or another simple access procedure allowing guests staying at Rixos to visit Marassi Marina freely, even without a restaurant reservation. During my stay, I understood that access was only possible with a restaurant reservation, which unfortunately made it difficult to simply go out and discover the Marina. Since Rixos guests are already staying at the resort, I believe that providing an easy access system would be a great addition and would allow guests to enjoy and explore the beautiful surroundings of Marassi more freely. I hope the hotel will consider finding a solution for this in the future. Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality and all the lovely attentions during my stay. Elegant hotel, great restaurants and entertainment but staffing need a lot of training on customer service

Rixios El Alamein is the best place to stay on the North Coast. The beach is clean, calm and comfortable, CCC. Facilities are world class and the property well maintained . I have been coming here for the last 3 yrs and will continue.

Amazing as usual, we stay there a couple of times a year and every time is better than the previous one

Beautiful property but service is severely lacking. Anyone can build a nice building but it takes talent to create at atmosphere of service. It is clear that management here does not care or they do not know service. Staff seems so demotivated it is rare to even get a smile out of them. Greek restaurant and Turkish restaurant needs a lot of work in terms of food. Didn’t understand why mangal was so good but the mixed grill at the Turkish restaurant had no flavor at all. Not edible. Piano bar was very hard to get service. I started tipping 200 egp each time I could get someone to get me a drink and even that didn’t work. They just kind of ignore everyone. I would order a specific wine from the menu as part of the ultra all inclusive and they would just give me whatever was open thinking it was the same. When you pay $125 a night per person for ultra all inclusive you expect to get what you ask for but the staff just don’t care.

Very well appreciated except the crowded pool and beach

Overall very pleased with great location, quality of food and facilities but would prefer more personalized attention to the details. Restaurants and beach unfortunately were very occupied.

This year, the experiences was disappointing. The service and personnel was very rude and with a Poker face and fake smile. Very sad having such a beautiful hotel with a great location but, with a very bad service experience. I advise you guys to do a very extensive work to get waiters and agents behind counter to be more professional than that. We spent a good money and we expect a very good service. Take example on the Sharm Sheikh Team.

•What’s the point of the going to the beach at 7:00AM for gaining a better seat place to reveal that all the seats is reserved with towels and nobody is actually there and as the lifeguard stated these seats are reserved from last night by other guests and when I asked when could I get a good view seat the answer was nobody knows literally… so people just get a towel put it on a seat and from now on and for the whole reservation time on the hotel this seat is his/hers.STRANGE. Also on the same point we are 4 persons we reserved 3 seats on the beach then went to have a snack to get a surprise when returned that one of the seats is stolen and our things were moved form its place…That’s it anything else was good enough
