Our stay at Rixos Premium Alamein was exceptional from start to finish, and I would especially like to recognize the outstanding professionalism of the entire Guest Relations team. Before arriving from New York, I informed the team that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they made the occasion truly special. A sincere thank you to Menna Allah Samir and Menna Ehab for going above and beyond with the beautiful room decoration and anniversary cake it was a thoughtful and memorable surprise. Moheb Makin from Guest Relations was consistently attentive and checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and Maryam also kindly followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. The Guest Relations team as a whole delivered impeccable service and made a lasting impression. At the front desk, Bilal was incredibly helpful and made both check-in and check-out seamless and efficient. Thanks to our loyalty status, he also arranged a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The dining experience at Turquoise Restaurant was excellent thanks to Mostafa gamal for being attentive and helpful everytime we visited. & Mostafa youssef the resturant manager always making sure all guests are well served and satisfied. Breakfast offers an impressive international selection, along with a wonderful variety of traditional Egyptian and oriental breakfast options. Dinner was equally enjoyable, with a wide range of dishes and consistently excellent quality. The pool facilities are very well maintained. The ground-floor pool was our personal favorite. spacious, peaceful, and generally quieter, especially for those looking to relax away from the crowds. While the water was slightly cool during April–May, it was still very enjoyable. The heated pool on the fourth floor is a nice option for warmer water, though it tends to be smaller and more family-oriented, often with many children. The indoor pool is also a great feature, though it can get busy at peak times. The beach was one of the highlights of the stay. absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. It offers the perfect setting to unwind and disconnect completely. The water temperature may feel a bit cool for some this time of year, but personally, I found it refreshing and ideal. A special thank you as well to Ali from housekeeping on the 19th floor, who ensured our room was always immaculate and checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. Finally, I would like to thank the management of Rixos Premium Alamein for assembling such a professional team and maintaining such a high level of hospitality and service. This was a truly memorable stay, and certainly not our last.

From the very first moment, I was welcomed with such warmth, care, and genuine kindness that I felt at home.
