We loved breakfast, especially the yummy ice-cream. The staff and service was great also. The room was comfortable and clean. But perhaps some improvement to the comfort of the beds might be suggested.

Stayed there in 2023 Fall, very pleased with relaxed environment. This time it was the opposite, had to wait in long lineups for check in and buffets, it was very crowded at the buffet, unable to browse well with kids. Bath house was also very crowded, had hard time finding a space to change, rushed to get in and out. Didn’t feel like “resort” it was more like a facility this time.

I love the breakfast buffet I love the room it’s spacious I just want to suggest make a childrens space to play

We stayed at one of the executive room. The room was spacious and clean. The dinner was ok, but the breakfast was better. There are onsen, sauna and cold tab.
