Tip: Please allow your hotel to organise a pick up service at the airport. When I first landed at Agra and got dropped off by the bus outside the airport I had a bad impression of Agra as I was approached by scammers. Got to the hotel, the hotel staff spoken English very well and I felt that I'll be taken care of, they asked about my itinerary and helped organise I tour guide for Taj Mahal and a driver to drive us around Agra. The food were delicious and staff were all very hygienic, wearing hair nets and everything. I was able to try a bit of everything of Indian food and staff checks in on us to make sure we are enjoying our time here and food is to our expectations

The room had an incredible view on the Taj Mahal, good beds and a nice shower. Staff was extremely helpful. The pool was amazing with enough seats around it. Breakfast had a broad selection for gluten and lactose intolerant people. All in all a perfect stay!

I requested very early check in and same day check out as i flew down from germany late last night and drove down straight to agra from delhi in the night. Checked in early morning and had to leave in the afternoon. The hotel was prompt in accommodating my request and made sure me and my guests were comfortable. The breakfast offered was good and it was good to include some local delicacies as well. Also used the travel desk for a trip to the Taj Mahal and it was very well executed as well. Overall a great stay and definitely coming back here again.

enjoyed staying at the hotel but staff were too intrusive. At breakfast I had at least 5 staff introduce themselves and ask if I was enjoying breakfast. Same happened at dinner. Sometimes you just want to be left alone in peace and ask for staff help when needed.
