The hotel is new and clean. Real 5 star hotel. Everything went well. Just maybe the staff need to get more information about the hotel being member of Accor and they should know about the Accor program and what a Platinum member of Accor is entitled. But I feel the hotel need baggage rack. The one provided is just for brief case or small back not for luggage. Also the hotel should have towel rack to hack towel. Other than the above everything is excellent.

I came to the Movenpick to rest and their bed and pillows made that an absolute reality. it was my first time in Kigali but the location of the hotel meant that everything I needed was within walking distance. The facilities and the amenities made for peaceful and quiet retreat and the garden was another highlight of my stay . It's a really well thought through and comfy hotel.

I booked my stay online , had mentioned that it was my 8th wedding anniversary and was hoping to get any type pf proposal from hotel for different package or private table reservations but i guess the front desk did not get the memo . Overall the stay was great , amazing diner buffet choice but breakfast not that much . The bathroom a bit squeezed for a couple to enjoy a bath or shower at the same time . Minibar menu had some drinks which were not available in the room like wines , liquors or champagne.the room was clean and tidy and that was the most important for us , other details are just minor . Hotel had some quiet area for a tête à tête that was also positive. Our stay was short but good .
