We had a lovely stay. Location excellent. Staff very accommodating. Dinner menu a little disappointing as some dishes not available.

Stayed 4 nights, in check-in they did not know which room was the one we booked. We had to move three times from room to room, after third time we still did not get correct room, but I was tired to search for the right one. Normally it was staffs job to go and find the room, but not in this hotel. Breakfast - lack of management, only waiters to clean the tables, no one is looking after breakfast food, what to refill etc.

Slow and sloppy

Very slow check in. Inefficient check out (they could not bill me the night before departure and even charged me on the wrong card in spite ofexplicitly asking to be charged on one specific card). Rooms are basic for a 4 star and had a funny smell (they said it smelled of "new" but to me it smelled of fish).

Well located, excellent rooms

Nice hotel from where you can walk through the city of Hamburg. Rooms were nice but a fridge was missing which is a must for longer stay. Bar for beverages downstairs was only open from 3 PM which should be opened for coffee etc.

It is encouraging to hear that our prime location and the comfort of our rooms contributed to a positive experience during your visit to Hamburg. However, we regret to hear that the absence of a fridge in the room and the bar's opening hours did not meet your expectations. We actually do have rooms with a fridge, but it depends on the booked room type. You can find a fridge in our family room, executive rooms and suites. With our suites the mini-bar is actually alsways filled and included in the room rate. Additionally, we are currently considering guest feedback regarding our bar's operational hours to better cater to the needs of our valued guests like yourself. Lastly, we are committed to the continual training of our staff and are confident that our dedication to service excellence will shine through more with each guest interaction.
