The stay was overall very nice. The level of hospitality was great. I did have a hiccup upon checking in. The card I used to book the room online wasn't saved. It was a work card that I didn't have a physical copy of so when I checked in I had to put my personal card down instead. I was able to sort it out when my boss checked in and had a physical card, however upon checkout, my personal card was still charged for the total. I was able to get it refunded, which took a few days. The only thing that I wish was different is the diet coke. Apparently the whole resort switched to glass bottle diet coke, which tastes horrible. It tastes like carbonated water. I tried ordering room service, ordering one from the bar and also Amaya. All I wanted was a diet coke, but they tasted terrible. Please switch back.

The workers at the hotel were very respectful, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere felt elegant, relaxing, and very luxurious. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled professionally, and the staff made me feel valued as a guest. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.
