i just wonder why my previous stay did not get any point?

Room is not clean and have so many mold at windows very disgusting. The only satisfy is i choose sea view. Staff not approachable and not helping when see me bring 4 luggage bag alone. Please train your staff to be more helpful. Overall not a good experience.

We have a relatively comfortable stay in this hotel, the bed and pillows are comfortable and room Is extremely spacious, although we did have problems with the stained pillows but the housekeeping came swiftly and replaced them with clean pillows, although the hotel starts to show it age but at this price range, we can’t complain.
