A short but comfortable stay; staff from concierge to cleaning ever so helpful

Dear Helen L. H. K., Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that your stay was short but comfortable, and that our concierge and housekeeping staff were ever so helpful. However, we sincerely apologize for the multiple areas where we fell short. It is unacceptable that reservations staff repeatedly failed to answer your calls, appearing to be on extended breaks. This has been shared with our reservations team for immediate review. We also regret that during breakfast, staff did not proactively find you a seat or wipe down the table, and that it took another guest offering to share her table. Additionally, no one asked if you wanted a drink. Your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage team for urgent retraining. We also apologize that the towels and bathrobe provided were old and frayed at the edges. This has been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure all linens are regularly inspected and replaced. Very pleasant staycation.

straight 2 days washed my towel but didnt replace new towel to me. same goes to the laundry bag.
