Location of hotel is good, service is also good but the variety & taste of food is not good at all, we stayed for 2 nights for a corporate event, there were repetitions of food items in lunch & dinner, too slow service, totally cold food served, despite repeated requests/ complaints, reply was too slow. Variety in breakfast was also not that good, repetition daily. Also taste of food was not good, they need to improve a lot in this area & match with their goodwill

Overall stay was fine and breakfast was great. Bathrooms are little small. The play station is not working and should be removed if not working since it has been unoperational for months as mentioned at reception.

It was good experience, stay was comfortable, but having booked a delux king I was expecting a slightly more spacious room. The only issue I had with frontdesk when I called them before, they were not picking call and not very responsive. Else buffet was great, staff is courteous.

Rooms were clean , staff was good. But 1. Kids area has missing toys for kids , like the arrows were missing , the darts were not there 2. Kids swimming area was very very dirty , although the adults swimming area was clean 3. The swimming washroom doesnt have the costumes cleaning maching , so i need to take my wet costumes along with me

Overall, my experience was good. The trip was unplanned, and I was able to use my Accor points for the stay, which was convenient. The room size was decent and comfortable enough for two people. However, I felt the washroom, especially the bathing area, was a little too small. Regarding the breakfast buffet, the breads were a bit dry. Since the hotel is positioned as a 5-star property, I feel the food quality should be maintained at a higher standard. For the poori, aloo curry was served as the accompaniment. As a South Indian, I would suggest offering or promoting poori with sagu instead, as it would provide a more authentic South Indian experience. Many guests come here to experience South Indian cuisine, so highlighting authentic local dishes would make the overall dining experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a few areas where the experience could be improved. Rest staff was helpful for us - extending check out time..

Had a very good stay. The property is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall ambience is pleasant. The staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay got impressive support from all of the staff. The location is convenient for exploring Mysore, and the hotel offers a good combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. We travelled with family and had a comfortable experience.
