Delicious breakfast with the wide spread of local and western delights. The room is spacious and manage to check in earlier than official check in time. The staffs are very welcoming me during my stay. The location is great and many nice restaurants and massage center in walking distance from hotel.

Honestly, this IBIS is not cheap, but located in the center of Vientiane, there are still many good things to be mentioned. 1. Staffs are really good trained, their English level are absolutely above IBIS average, especially when the chef was trying to introduce the daily special with me in English, that's what I did not expect. 2. The location is perfect, you can reach the riverside/night market/main attractions/bus terminal in 15 minutes by foot. 3. The breakfast doesn't provide many options but most of the dishes are good enough. Actually it will cater to most tourist who want to experience Lao/Thai style food as the freshly made food can absolutely rival those famous street food restaurants. However, there is a negative point for me is I found the door sometimes hard to close (probably due to the age of the hotel, but totally understandable). But overall, I do enjoy the stay and I am grateful to all the staffs who make this trip wonderful. I am looking forward back to Vientiane and IBIS nam phu soon.

Unfortunately I was a bit sick during my stay but the staff made sure to check on me every day. You can't put a price on hospitality and service like that. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the staff is truly what made my stay worthwhile. A big thank you to all the staff here 🙏❤️
