The location is extremely convenient. The hotel is situated in a calm area, yet within walking distance of both the morning and night markets, as well as the bus station (for both short- and long-distance routes) and the future BRT system. Although the BRT was still in its testing phase, it was already possible to use it to travel toward the University of Laos. However, the true highlight of this hotel is the staff. Lao people are well known for their friendliness and hospitality, but I was still pleasantly surprised. This was my second stay here, and it happened to coincide with my birthday. When I returned to my room, it had been beautifully decorated with a birthday message on the wall, along with a swan and a birthday cake made with towels. The staff also personally wished me a happy birthday and gave me a lovely souvenir. Even without this thoughtful gesture, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane.
