I would like to commend the Hotel staffs (Receptionists, Concierges, Housekeepers and staffs in Executive Lounge) for working efficiently and demonstrating strong dedication to their responsibilities. it was a great stay, got upgraded due to my platinum status to the room with fabulous view. The swimming pool was well managed (despite the fact that it was crowded). good value for platinum, nice executive lounge, upgrade. there is spacious gym which is well equipped. the breakfast in executive lounge was fantastic - super friendly staff, egg Benedict made perfectly, lot of choice.

The room was spacious and we got a good view of the beachfront. The hotel staff were accommodating, and the servers at the lounge were very attentive, friendly, and efficient. We were served by Tulip and Angelo who exhibited much enthusiasm and care. Though I think that the selection of food there could be expanded.
