The room was fantastic. Great size. Nice bed linen. It was quiet and the beds were very comfy. The nespresso machine was a nice touch as were the Rituals toiletries. Great food in the restaurant and the staff were so friendly. Reasonably priced food and the service was great. The pool got a little busy but it was half term. Everywhere was clean and we were allowed to use the facilities before we checked in.

Brilliant!! Always come here. Excellent value for money especially during the week, clean and tidy. Great atmosphere, great breakfast. Polite staff. Great central location love the pool also. Highly recommended to all our friends and family.

Our experience started with Vitus! What a welcome! Such a lovely guy! Our room was beyond expectations- went down to pool got a bit confused (my fault) but Vitus to the rescue! Dinner in the wonderful restaurant- food was great and affordable! They had entertainment for Halloween. Really nice singer! I didn’t get her name but wish I would have! Check out was easy but got a nice good bye from our friend Vitus! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly! I’ll be back! Six thumbs up from our family of 3!

Really great hotel, local to everything. Restaurant food was amazing and the reception staff were the best especially Vitus, a true asset to this hotel. As it was Halloween they had entertainment in the bar, who was great and then we saw the smiling Vitus at breakfast.
