I arrived late at 01:30 at night. I was given a key card and when I entered the correct assigned room, there was somebody in the room in bed. We scared each other, but I can't imagine the fright of the person in bed who has a random person come into their room at 01:30.

Overall it was a good stay. First, we ran into issues booking. There was an issue with our reservation "pending" and then they cancelled our booking. I didn't get a confirmation email at first, so in a few days, I called, found out it was cancelled, so they did help to rebook it. But this could have been disastrous! We were here for a concert, which was cancelled. We were not able to move our reservation, which kind of sucked. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was amazing and would highly recommend. My biggest issue, besides not being able to move our reservation, was the noise. The walls are paper thin, kids were screaming in the room a few down from us, and it felt like they were right in front of our door. We could hear all the plumbing too, so in the morning, we would hear people actually urinating. I think some insulation would do wonders.
