The hotel can be accessed from the airport by shuttle or car. The hotel has a car park that was full on our arrival late evening though we could enter it but not leaving it (having failed to find a place; the gate of the Tiefgarage did not even open) without intervention from the reception. As the reception is poorly staffed, allow for queues and extensive waiting times, including for urgent queries like leaving a car park. The room was relatively cold. Raising the temperature of the air conditioning did not solve the issue. Breakfast is mediocre: hardly any regional product is on offer and no decaf coffee unless you settle for an instant coffee instead. All in all, this is not (yet) a hotel of the standard we are used to at Mercure hotels.

Room was in very average condition. Desk staff were helpful. Shuttle experience was okay. No help from driver with bags. Bar had things on the menu that were not in stock. New employees operating the bar were at a disadvantage, in that they seemed poorly trained. They were kind and respectful, just appeared uninformed about menu options.

First and last stay, NO hot water in the morning Don't get the pizzas you will be very disappointed on the plus side the room was clean and bed comfortable, but with no hot water and an early morning departure, wont be using this one again.

The hot water in the shower is not working, and we felt the receptionist is unapproachable (he looked annoyed when we talked to him).
