After the breakfast the room key didn't work anymore and I went three times to the reception but never solved the issue. Then I waited 5 minutes the director and he opened the room door. Totally I lost 25 minutes. Unacceptable.

Beware of prepaid airport shuttle offer

The hotel is fine. It offers a prepaid shuttle service to the Munich Airport. However, when we left the hotel, we were approached by a gentleman who asked us if we were the two passengers from Atomis hotel who had booked the airport shuttle, and told us to hurry into his van, as he was running late already. When we arrived at the airport, he demanded to pay for his taxi services, telling us that we needed to ask the hotel for a refund of his taxi fare. We contacted the hotel to alert them to this situation but received no response.

Car park was full, we arrived quite late. Staff very helpful. Restaurant food could be improved ( foreign material in tomato soup)
