I visited with family and rented a 2 bedroom apartment at swissotel. The location is amazing just across the street from Dubai mall entrance. The hotel is clean, with great friendly and helpful staff. Concierge services were great. The tour desk was amazing to arrange the activities for us. Afrooz from tour desk did an amazing job making our trip a memorable experience. He arranged us one of the best evening desert safari’s and a day trip for Dubai. We got to explore Dubai reasonably well despite of your short stay in Dubai.

The residence is in a good hotspot; just opposite of Dubai mall and burj Khalifa and old Dubai is 30 mins away. The service is fantastic, everyone is helpful and politez Mahesh from coucierge Waqar provided great customer service and helped us with the check out process and to get us a taxi to the airport with many heavy luggage. The cleaners also clean your rooms daily and do a great job.

Supryia and Thin was so nice and sweet and perfect. The room are very comfortable for me. The swimming pool , it gave us the perfect time to enjoy at this hotel, they have 3 swimming pool, I prefer all. And also the location is very near to Dubai mall.

Very spacious apartments with amazing views and very comfortable beds. The minute my head hits the pillow I doze off so fast. However I would like to recommend places to hang towels on. Otherwise everything is amazing! -Thin is also a very nice person to be around. Very kind and helpful.
