Nc Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I've been staying ate hotel for a number of years and I've never experienced such bad customer service, for the Bar Manager to try and intimidate me was disgusting. I ordered room service, it came 20 minutes beyond the expected delivery time, the food was uncovered and cold. The Staff member tried to take payment 3 times and wanted a different card despite the machine it's self say in was faulty. I turned the food away and rang reception t o tell them what I'd done, a few minutes later the Bar Manager knocked the door, accompanied by the member of Staff who delivered the food. He had the Card Machine in his hand and wanted payment, I refused and explained I'd never experienced such poor customer service in all the years I've been staying at the hotel

Sofabed is rather small but otherwise great room for a 1 night stay visiting Leeds Beckett uni. Great location for Leeds city centre & reception staff very helpful.

I've used Novotel before, this was consistent with previous experiences Staff were friendly, room comfortable and wifi worked. A personal moan was that going down early for a quiet breakfast, but floor cleaning was going on and making a tremendous noise, so that didn't work out. But otherwise all good.
