My experience from check-in to departure was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They focused on the small things, anticipated what I would need next and went that extra mile to make sure things got done. The room was perfect from my perspective. Nothing over the top but everything you need - simple, modern and clean finishes. Finally, the location is perfect if you're spending time on the South Wharf.

We stayed one night to go to the Lume, everything was amazing, had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and ordered room service for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome check in experience, being an Accor member my room was already prepared and ready by 10am. I wasn’t expecting an early check in or requested one but staff there had anticipated this, I had just arrived on an early morning flight so this was much appreciated. The usual check in time is 2pm. When checking out I had asked if it was possible to store my bags for a few hours and they were happy to do it. I collected my bags from the concierge desk downstairs using the receipt I was given, had no issues at all. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly, the location was good - will stay again the next time I travel to Melbourne.
