My two-week Pullman stay was excellent. Laura and Nana handled all requests efficiently, showing exceptional service throughout. After my scooter accident, staff thoughtfully provided a wheelchair. Housekeeping prepared requested amenities daily, making us feel at home. The caring atmosphere transformed a potentially challenging situation into a pleasant experience.

Très bel hôtel situé face a la mer. Très moderne et pratique, cet hôtel mérite d’y passer un week-end. Deux restaurants sont proposés : Le Segara, spécialités de la mer et l’ autre plus continental avec une note accentuée sur la cuisine asiatique. Chambre lit King -Size de luxe avec balcon - vue océan : donne la vue que sur le côté de l’océan, ce qui était un peu dommage …. Mais la chambre fut spacieuse et confortable . Piscine assez grande et pratique pour ceux qui aiment avoir pieds… Le personne est aux petits soins et toujours très souriant et agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à Lombok !

This has been the best experience ever. My wife and child 😍 decided to stay at Pullman Hotel in Lombok. We are looking to live in Bali. We traveled alot around Bali. Pullman Hotel is by far the best Hotel that we stayed at! The hotel is beautiful and the villas are exceptional 👌! The service was a huge plus ➕️. The staff were extremely kind and caring. They made the experience alot better. There were a few staff who went out of their way to make our experience alot better. I would like to take this time to thank a few of them. Thank you Andre, Nana, and Karim for the front desk service. It was wonderful. Thank you Nana, Pradu and Zohby for picking us up and taking us back and forth to the room. I could really feel that they enjoyed picking us up. Thank you Yasa Dan Syam for decorating our room for our special renewing of our vows. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! The food was outstanding please thank the chef for the wonderful food. They were very happy to give us whatever wanted with no problems. Thank you chef. You definitely have your self a life time customer. We are grateful for the Pullman Hotel. You will see us soon for sure. Even if we are living there we will come back to our same room to relive the wonderful ✨️ experience ♥️!

I had an amazing stay at Pullman Mandalika, made even more special with a complimentary upgrade to the Garden Villa! The hotel went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, surprising me with a beautifully decorated room and a delicious cake—such a thoughtful touch! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. While there were a few bugs outside (expected in a tropical setting), it didn’t affect my comfort. The food was excellent, though slightly on the pricier side. Breakfast was served à la carte, with unlimited ordering and a small buffet selection for side dishes. While I initially expected a full buffet for the main course, I understand that the hotel likely adjusts based on guest occupancy. It was a minor thing and didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Mandalika!
