For a long time member of Accor group, the hotel should give me a late check out up to 4pm. Gave my family and I until 1pm only and my flight (airport is nearby) is at 6:25pm. Could be at least give us up to 3 or 4pm like other Pullman hotels that I’ve stayed at being a silver member. No benefits at all at this particular Pullman. No executive lounge, No dedicated Accor member check-in counter, No Welcome drink (Not that we crave for it). initially I’ve asked the staff at the reception whether there is a sofa bed for my 9 year old daughter to sleep on and he said yes but when I got to the room, there isn’t any sofa bed and instead there wa a daybead at the balcony !!! I went back to the reception to inquire and the same staff told me differently and said that he told me that there isn’t any sofa bed!!! no extra bed for my 9 year old kid until I had to ask them again and cost me IDR907,500 per extra bed per night for staying nowhere near civilisation. I praised all the other Pullman hotels that I have stayed in but this one should just be a low cost hotel..period. Sad, upset and speechless. Food is good at the Sgara seafood restaurant. There are at least 10 tables inside + 1 private dining area. My family and I were there 1st, food is great but 1 of the waitress (not the initial one that was good who served us) forgot to give us the dessert menu upon requesting for it because 2 other tables (out of at least 10 tables) were occupied by customers. Eventually when I asked for the menu again, she apologised saying that there are many customers (Duh…3 occupied tables out of at least 10 tables) Buckle up Pullman, I’m a paying loyal customer and you guys keep asking me to renew/upgrade etc year in year out and I still stay loyal with Accor group. Our room is next to an open stairwell. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Stayed at Katamaran in Senggigi, Lombok before staying here and they are top notch. Even Oceano Jambuluwuk in Gili Trawangan is way way much better then this particular Pullman…Pathetic and unbelievable.

christmas brunch great entertainment the kids enjoyed sooo much . they done so many activities with the kids with full of passion . i would highly recommend pullman traveling with kids .the christmas buffet was amazing . the decoration was made with love .

The hotel is really cool. The view is great. You can access the pool even without staying overnight by buying dip & dine for 350k per person. That is also a credit for the F&B, so it comes back to us in the form of food and drinks according to our choice. There was also an Accor Plus birthday event, so we also took a member. Not bad, got a free 1 night stay too. Hopefully in the future the price can be cheaper to apply the members The pool area is clean, the garden is also beautiful. Nice place nice staffs. The staff, awesome to the max! The best! Thanks to Mrs. Vony & Mrs. Nana who helped me with the member process. Thank you so much also to Mr. Agung & Mr. Aan at the bar, the best! 🥰 Also thank you to the other staffs we met at the Accor Plus event at that time, the best!

I had an incredible stay at Pullman Lombok! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. A special mention goes to Maya, who was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond by recommending fantastic places to visit around the area. Her insights truly made my trip more memorable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – a wide variety of delicious options, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. It was a perfect way to start each day.

Staying at Pullman Lombok was my first experience. Very good service with receptionists especially Ms.Maya very helpful and housekeeping service as well, facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy 9/10. breakfast is also delicious many types. I like the beach view from this hotel
