My stay was very disappointing & stressful. It would have been helpful upon booking or arrival that you had an event on my first night that could disturb my sleep. My main reason for staying at your venue was for Rememberance Day & personal reasons it completely ruined my short stay. Also not being able to contact reception until after midnight to voice my complaint regarding the extremely loud music from the event taking place on the first level added to my distress.
