Stayed there for 2 nights in my first Pattaya visit. Room was with balcony and has a magnificent view of the sea. Room amenities and design is perfect. Kids play area comes handy when with small kids and room service was good. Beach access is superb and is equipped with nice gym. Restaurant did not meet our expectations, only one vegetarian Indian item in breakfast buffet and that too will finish very quickly, and then was never refilled ! Chaotic buffet with staff itself puzzled and frustrated, without any warmth, smiles or general hospitality mannerism. Only item that tasted good was pizza that you can do ala-carte. Found the food experience disappointing. Another problem area is just two small lifts which get very busy and makes one wait for long.

The check-in was very fast and convenient Value of money is good not too expensive the surrounding is clean One of the best experience in this hotel was the new year celebration it was spectacular a lot of food and creative show. Service is good specially Angelo and the trainees I saw that he's training the was a pay off to the kids and they really attentive this hotel are lucky to have a manager that's are really hands on to the teach the students good job Trainees: Aaerng, Ja, Love, Por keep learning Good job Pullman I gonna see you Again

The hotel is very well located, which is why it has usually been our first choice when staying in Pattaya. It is understandable that the hotel is particularly busy around the New Year period and often fully booked with tour groups. However, this does not excuse the lack of service quality. On multiple occasions, the reception staff have been unhelpful and dismissive. Regular or repeat customers receive no recognition or consideration at all, which is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The focus appears to be on volume rather than guest experience. A great location alone is no longer enough to justify returning.
