I checked in 2 rooms with a couple friends and i asked an for 1 day more for checking out and it was agreed by the lady at the reception. now on my previous booking dates i was harassed since 6am in the morning that i must check out. and no additional days were confirmed and they didn't have rooms. now experience at the reception. i explained then the situation, and instead of calling up the lady and checking with her they kept on telling me i did not confirm. and kept telling me i am lying. i do not remember the peoples names but the worst and most pathetic service experience i got here. i love ibis in india and singapore but this one was just BAD!

Stayed for one night at the Ibis. Great location and service, room was clean and spacious. The only thing that got a bit irritating was taxi drivers in the lobby constantly asking if you required a taxi.

I would give it a one star review. I booked through accor app. I was mislead by the pictures poster on trip advisor (i usually check trip advisor for references and comments) I've stayed in many accor hotels, but this one was the worst. The reception desk although friendly but are not efficient at all, when you call from the room for house keep, they respond but do nothing what you requested for. The hotel is in a very shabby condition, needs a good paint job and furniture upgrade. The room was not very clean with poor lighting conditions. Bathroom was so small if you take shower, you ten to wet your towels. The shower flow was also very bad. It was good i booked for 2 days only, i ran away after check out and booked at another hotel slightly pricier but very comfortable and clean, i later stayed 5 days in that hotel. I suggest the ibis team to upgrade the hotel conditions, and all of you not to get mislead by the pictures and some of the reviews people have posted.
