Ibis Hotel New Year Celebration – Best Start to 2026 First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Amir and Glenna for accommodating us at the last moment. We had a wonderful time celebrating the New Year with our family and friends. The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic with live music, games, and dance performances. We truly enjoyed staying until the countdown to welcome the New Year. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to participate again in such events in the future. Thank you once again to Ibis Hotel for a great celebration.

I had an overall excellent stay at IBIS Muscat. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax. The food quality was impressive, with a good variety and coverage across meals. Service was generally good, though at times a gentle reminder was needed to ensure timely attention. Despite that, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend IBIS Muscat for a comfortable and satisfying stay.

I sent three times email I need my points. They replied me that after seven days you will get your points. I didn’t get my points. I sent them the email as well. There is no reply a brand they will not do like this. I didn’t like the hotel there is no respect. You will order the water. It will come after 45 minutes. You will ask for service they will come after one hour. I didn’t accept this all from a brand today. Also, I sent them an email. There is no response.

The only email received was related to your invoice request, to which we personally responded on the same day. We are truly concerned to hear about your experience with service response times. Providing prompt and efficient service is a priority for us, and your feedback is invaluable. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with the concerned team to address and improve our operations moving forward.
