I was checked in even before 15:00 and could place my suitcase in the room. The room was big and comfy. I liked the separate toilet / bathroom. Great breakfast. Perfect location at the S-Bahn from the Airport. Good walking distance to S. E. Huttenstrasse.

Novotel and the local management was flexible with our reservation. They were patient going through different options. My parents stayed at the hotel and they found the check-in process seamless. Their room was large enough amd efficient. They were able to reach all the attractions they wanted to see in Berlin easily by public transportion right in front of the hotel. They also got to the hotel easily from the airport.
