Friendly staff. Hotel conveniently located. Comfortable rooms with adequate sockets. Somewhat disappointed that the superior room did not have the usual complimentary minibar (there was no fridge at all).

I was disappointed with my stay, here is the things that could be improved: - I booked a queen size bed, I got two single beds pushed together to form one larg bed, obviously is not the same, I was charged extra for this bed, I could have booked a single bed room - The mattress was not very comfortable - The room was not properly ventilated, I had to turn on the AC

Perfectly adequete for what we needed, this was a "lads" break away for a 50th birthday. The twin rooms were compact, and not a lot of storage space. Room was pretty warm at night, with the air conditioning seemingly making no difference at all. Pillows not great but you can request extra ones. Beds were comfortable. Room was serviced everyday and in general everything felt very clean. Great location with an easy walk into the city if required or a tram stop to go in any direction right outside the door of the hotel. Staff all seemed very helpful and happy to help with directions, recommendations etc. Didnt use the hotel for their food so unable to comment, but in general I would recommend this hotel as a good mid range option for a visit to Berlin.
