Excellent location...warm welcome.The baggage staff qas wxtra4 ordinary supportive. However the day to day reception and housekeeping calls were not attended (the housekeeping workers were nice) prompty and we need to give many follow up calls. Body moisturizer was not provided. Hangers shiuld be sufficient and room-warmers nwed to be provided.

Very poor service The elevators are not enough for the number of rooms of the hotel.You have to wait 5-10 minutes or more to go to the reception stuffed among many many people especialy in hot times like breakfast hours etc Breakfast was very poor The alarm started sounding around 1 am and there was very rude response from the front desk regarding this I will never stay again in this hotel

Location is the only good think about this hotel. Every night we hear a lot of noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom and we have no idea why. Middle of the night my family was sleeping but I was still awake and a heard someone open our door, didn't said nothing just closed and when I open it to see what happent, it was a staff that by "mistake" whent to the wrong room, a 4 stars hotel should be more professional.
