ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the HDFC partnership

1. Conversion of HDFC Bank Reward Points into ALL Reward points

HDFC Bank members may convert their HDFC Bank Reward Points into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the HDFC Bank member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

HDFC Bank Reward Points may only be transferred from a HDFC Bank member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

Infinia Credit Card: 2 HDFC Bank Reward Points = 1 ALL Reward point
Diners Black Credit Card: 2 HDFC Bank Reward Points = 1 ALL Reward point
Regalia Gold Credit Card: 2 HDFC Bank Reward Points = 1 ALL Reward point

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HDFC Bank account.

HDFC Bank Reward Points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points.

Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
