ALL loyalty programme – general terms and conditions governing the partnership with Club Eurostar.

1. Conversion of Reward points into Club Eurostar points:

ALL members may convert their Reward points into Club Eurostar points.

To do this, the ALL member must be a member of the Club Eurostar program.

Points may only be transferred towards a Club Eurostar account in the ALL member's name.

After conversion, Reward points may be used according to Club Eurostar programme rules.

Points are converted as follows:

2,000 Reward points = 300 Club Eurostar points.

Points transferred to Club Eurostar do not count towards moving up the Club Levels or retaining your existing Club Level

2. Conversion of Club Eurostar points in Reward Points:

Club Eurostar members may convert their Club Eurostar points into Reward points.

To do this, the Club Eurostar member must be a member of the ALL program.

Points may only be transferred towards a ALL account in the Club Eurostar member's name.

After conversion, Club Eurostar points may be used according to ALL programme rules.

Club Eurostar points may be used to complete a ALL balance and receive numerous gifts.

In order to participate in the ALL program, you need to have a valid ALL Card.

Points are converted as follows:

500 Club Eurostar points = 1000 Reward points.

Points transferred to ALL do not count towards moving up the ALL status or retaining your existing ALL status
