3.Automatic conversion into air Miles

ALL members must be members of the airline programme to which they intend to automatically transfer Reward points prior to activating the automatic conversion. Automatic transfers may only be made to the air Miles account held in the member’s own name.
In order to receive an air Miles credit following an eligible stay, the member’s ALL loyalty card number must be provided when making the reservation, and the card must also be presented at the hotel reception desk upon check-in and check-out for the stay in question.

3.1 Automatic conversion into air Miles with no conversion threshold:

Within the framework of these partnerships, ALL allows members who hold partner loyalty cards to activate the automatic conversion of their Reward points into air Miles through a specific link provided directly by the airline.

  • customers who are not members of the ALL loyalty programme to register for the programme and then activate the automatic conversion of their Reward points into air Miles
  • customers who are already members of the ALL loyalty programme to log onto their ALL account in order to activate the automatic conversion of their Reward points into air Miles

The member must provide the information required in the conversion request form. Members take sole responsibility for the information provided.

Once the automatic conversion has been activated towards the air Miles account held in the member’s own name, all available Reward points in the member’s ALL account will be automatically transferred to the aforementioned air Miles account following each stay. This also includes Reward points earned prior to activating the automatic conversion. Subsequently, as soon as the member has earned at least 2 Reward points for an eligible stay completed at an Accor establishment that has enrolled to participate in the programme, those Reward points will be automatically transferred without the need for any further action on the part of the member.

There are 4 exceptions:

  • For PhoenixMiles (Air China), automatic point conversion is triggered as of 5 Reward points earned.
  • For Finnair Plus (Finnair), automatic point conversion is triggered as of 1 Reward point earned.
  • For Fortune Wings Club, the minimum threshold for conversion is 2,000 Reward points, per multiple of 2,000 Reward points.
  • Automatic conversion with no conversion threshold is not available for Club Premier (Aeroméxico), JAL MILEAGE BANK (Japan Airlines), Flying Blue (Air France KLM), Qantas Frequent Flyer (Qantas), Tudo Azul (Azul), Velocity Frequent Flyer (Virgin Australia) and SKYPASS (Korean Air).

Once members have activated the automatic conversion of Reward points into air Miles with the partner of their choice, they will no longer be able to use their Reward points to obtain benefits other than the aforementioned air Miles.

Members can deactivate the automatic conversion of Reward points into air Miles at any time via their online ALL account at all.accor.com. Members must log onto their online ALL account and click on “Use my points” in the "MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP" section. They must then click on the “Disable the automatic points conversion” link in the “Our partners” section.

Automatic points conversion will not be available anymore for Qantas Frequent Flyer from 8th of December 2021.

3.2 Automatic conversion into air Miles with a conversion threshold:

Within the framework of these partnerships, ALL allows members who hold partner loyalty cards to activate the automatic conversion of their Reward points into air Miles via their online ALL account at all.accor.com. Members must log onto their online ALL account and click on “Use my points” in the "MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP" section. Members must then go to the “Our partners” section and click on the “Automatically transfer your points to the partner of your choice” link. Members must then select the loyalty programme of their choice from the airline loyalty programmes listed and provide the information required in the conversion request form. Members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filling out this form.

Once the automatic conversion has been activated towards the air Miles account held in the member’s own name, all available Reward points in the member’s ALL account will be automatically transferred to the aforementioned air Miles account as soon as the conversion rate threshold for the chosen partner has been reached (see below), in multiples of this threshold. This also includes Reward points earned prior to activating the automatic conversion.

For example, if the member has a points balance of 8,500 Reward points prior to activating the automatic conversion, and they then activate the automatic conversion to a partner whose threshold is 4,000 Reward points, 8,000 Reward points will be automatically transferred to the air Miles account held in their name without the member needing to take any further action. A points balance of 500 Reward points would then remain in his ALL account. Another points conversion would subsequently be automatically triggered once the member reached the points conversion threshold of 4,000 Reward points.

For each of these airlines, the conversion rates and points conversion thresholds are as follows:

  • 4,000 Reward points = 2,000 air Miles, kms or points: Aeroplan (Air Canada), Asia Miles (Cathay Pacific), Club Premier (Aeroméxico), Etihad Guest (Etihad), Executive Club (British Airways), JAL MILEAGE BANK (Japan Airlines), KrisFlyer (Singapore Airlines), LifeMiles (Avianca Taca), LATAM Pass (Latam), Miles & Go (TAP Portugal), Miles&SMiles (Turkish Airlines), PhoenixMiles (Air China), Royal Orchid Plus (THAI Airways), SkyMiles (Delta Air Lines), SKYPASS (Korean Air), Skywards (Emirates Airlines), and Velocity Frequent Flyer (Virgin Australia).
  • 2,000 Reward points = 1,000 air Miles, kms or points: For Flying Blue (Air France KLM), the conversion rate is 2,000 Reward points = 1,000 Miles. For United MileagePlus® (United Airlines), the conversion rate is 2,000 Reward points = 1,000 Miles. For Fortune Wings Club (Hainan Airlines), the minimum threshold is 2,000 Reward Points = 1,000 Fortune Wings points, with a maximum conversion threshold of 200,000 Reward points per member, per year. For Privilege Club (Qatar Airways), the conversion rate is 2,000 Reward points = 1,000 Miles.
  • 2,000 Reward points = 1,300 air Miles, kms or points: For Finnair Plus (Finnair), the conversion rate is 2,000 Reward points = 1,300 Avios.
  • 3,000 Reward points = 3,000 air Miles, kms or points: For Iberia Plus (Iberia), the conversion rate is 3,000 Reward points = 3,000 Avios points.
  • 4,000 Reward points = 4,000 air Miles, kms or points: For Velocity Frequent Flyer (Virgin Australia), the conversion rate is 4,000 Reward points = 4,000 Velocity points.
  • Other conversion rates : For PhoenixMiles (Air China), the conversion rate is 4,000 Reward points = 3,200 Miles. For Sindbad (Oman Air) the conversion rate is 4,000 Reward points = 1,500 Miles. For Volare (ITA Airways), the conversion rate is 4000 Reward points = 5000 Volare points. For Juneyao Air Club (Juneyao Airlines), the conversion rate is 2000 Reward points = 150 Juneyao Air Club points.

Automatic points conversion with a conversion threshold is not available for Flying Blue (Air France / KLM) and Tudo Azul (Azul)

Automatic points conversion will not be available anymore for Qantas Frequent Flyer from 8th of December 2021.
