Some good experiences, some not so, but most of that was administrative. Some friendly staff, some not so. Nice accommodation, good public spaces. A clean, attractive hotel - brilliantly located for the airport shuttle too.

Wish my stay was longer than only one night. Will definitely plan to stay here on future visits to Toulouse with my wife. The room's decor was contemporary but warm. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Merci beaucoup.

Location is amazing, within walking distance from everything. The rooms are great, spotless and very comfy. The staff is amazing, nice, competent. Actually, it felt like being home instead of in a hotel. Very well decorated too, in a local style. Every detail has been thought to make guests at home. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, baked on site, and with true local products that they like to share. Recommandations for restaurants also hit the spot. I loved my stay and will recommend it to anyone going to Toulouse. First time but not last ! Thanks everyone for a lovely time !

-1-No information was given about the carnaval beforehand. I would have book another other if I knew. -2- No available spot in the Parking, the one with the special tariff -3- we had to park in another one and we had no gesture from the hotel Quite a welcoming... Quite a service.

Centrally located small hotel, very boutique feel. The staff was amazing, delicious breakfast. The room is on the small side, but cozy and beautiful. It was a bit noisy, especially on the first night, I had trouble sleeping. But this is typical for central locations, I'd say. We enjoyed it, overall.
