We stayed for two nights at the start of our extended vacation and we're afraid Splendid Hotel may have set the bar too high for any of our other reservations to meet. From the reception to the breakfast host the professional service and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. They made our stay in Annecy a major success. Traveling with my family and on arrival they provided my toddler with a stuffed animal which he is still sleeping with as I write. The room was lovely and the location is perfect for exploring the town on foot. 10/10 book here with confidence.

The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms are well-maintained. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff remain friendly and helpful. The gym could be enhanced as it is quite small, and it seems to also be a passage to another part of the hotel for staff.

We arrived early and were told to park in the public garage and the hotel would deduct the bill. Very convenient. Room was large with modern design. Negative was the extremely expensive breakfast @21 euro pp so we decided to eat at the local cafe instead.
