From the moment we arrive - cold and wet having been caught in a hail storm on our motorbike- we were made to feel welcome. All staff are super friendly and have good recommendations. The spa area with sauna, hotbeds and steam room etc is complementary. We had a beautifully appointed room over looking the park Clarins products in the bathroom and Nespresso coffee machine - I was in heaven! We enjoyed a cheese and cold cuts platter with some local Riesling at the bar and that was more than enough for dinner. Easy walking distance to “Little Venice” the city of Colmar itself is also beautiful. Can’t recommend a stay here highly enough

We loved everything about your hotel. The staff, the room, the spa! We only wished you saved some seats at the restaurant for the hotel guests as it was impossible to make a dinner reservation there. Thank you
