I had a good experience over all and enjoyed my stay. 2 things that were less great: I stayed for an entire week and if I wanted cleaning sevices, I had ro pay 25 Euri. I underdtand if someone stays for 2 - 3 nights, but I think it would have been much more courtious and pleasant if this servise had been given free of chatge for guests who stay a whole week. At least offer to take out the trash! Second, the "gym" was very poorly equiped with only 1 treadmill and 1 eliptical. I would expect a bit more variey of machines.

I had to check in as a last minute change, Fatima from the reception team was so kind and amazing. She offered to show me the rooms before checking in and happily answered my questions. The room was sparkling clean, bed sheets and towels are good quality and the view is amazing. Felt like home :)
