We spent 4 nights at the Mercure Le Touquet and it was excellent. Rooms were comfortable, with good beds and a huge TV. All the food was first class, breakfast with a plentiful buffet, good bar and bar snacks, especially the sharing boards. The pool was most welcome and well designed. Everyone was friendly and most helpful. Just one thing to improve an EV charging point is an absolute must at such a new hotel. I did find a great charging point but it was rather out of the way.

Comfortable rooms (though we prefer to bring our own pillows). Restaurant food and service is very good. The hotel is let down by the poor service at reception, especially for early morning checkout. An express checkout option would be appreciated and would solve this problem.

Service excellent, however it was only on the second day that we discovered the door to our room 2305 was not locking properly. I reported it but it was repaired before we left.
