The staff were really pleasant and helpful, but the hotel itself a little disappointing. Having regarded Novotel brand as above Ibis and Mercure, the room was smaller than expected. The advertised Nespresso machine had been replaced by a kettle and regular coffee was hard to come by. One reading light was inoperable and a phone charging point barely worked. Small things, but a touch annoying.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. The area is a little bit shady but you can Uber or take the metro into the better areas. Laundry service was hugely overpriced.

Rooms are good and clean, Staff and Service is good too, Need to take action on complaints like Water purifier was not working and not repaired on time Also A/C and bathroom Heater was having some problems so need to check before allocating guest

1. There were no slippers or bathrobe available in the room, when I asked , only the slippers were given 2. There was one drink in the minibar, I had to asked. 3. The aircon was not working n was too warm in the room. 4. The temperature control in the bathroom was not working 5. The safe deposit box was not working . 6. First day at breakfast, there were no table available so we had to wait… Overall we enjoyed our stay , the staffs were friendly and helpful.

Family x 4 for 4 nights. Room and breakfast. Generally very good. Only used breakfast once as it was too chaotic. Otherwise bar and coffee area was good and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly.
