I did stay at your hotel for many years with good impressions. However, this time my room had an awful smell, which probably came from the bathroom. The toilet should have been replaced several years ago. I was surprised by a lack of water bottles, lack of a small refrigerator and lack of coffee machine. A three-star hotel should have these things for the guests in the room. It's not nice to charge guests 2 Euros for a cup of coffee! The breakfast room is too small, and the tables are too closely placed. The renovation of the hotel is needed.

We fixed the problem as soon as we could. Regarding the amenities, we appreciate your suggestions but water bottles have been removed to avoid plastic items by the Accor group. A water fontain is available for free in the hotel lobby. Refrigerators are not part of 3 star hotel amenities, there's no fridge in Ibis hotel. Concerning the coffe machine it's not part of the 3 stars amenities also but you had one in your room so we don't understand your comments about it. Your comments about the breakfast room and the hotel renovation are duly noted. We strive to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests and will use your feedback to improve our services. We had a 4 night stay at this Ibis during a visit to Bordeaux. P Pros: The staff are friendly and were helpful with any questions we had. The room was good, being a good size, with a nice bathroom and strong shower. The air conditioning worked well. Cons: We had no hand towel for the duration of the stay to dry hands in bathroom. Location surrounding hotel was sketchy, we didn’t feel safe at night in the surrounding areas. Please get the tram if staying at hotel rather than walk back from Bordeaux centre, we were robbed in the ST Michel area during our first night when walking back to the hotel.

Hotel is convenient for station although its location makes it slightly noisy. Check in was friendly and efficient. Did not have all the facilities I have encountered before in an Ibis hotel and bathroom was very small.
