The room was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast experience was great as well. on the other hand, I am very dissatisfied with the room service: I ordered a Caesar salad which was delivered 45 minutes after the order. Also, the salad was missing 2 ingredients: the Parmesan and the anchovies. This is not acceptable for five star hotel.

However, we informed you that we no longer had parmesan and offered you another alternative but also, our Caesar salad does not contain anchovies but an anchovy Caesar dressing. Well situated , this hotel is close to the metro . There is a fruit/ vegetable shop right in front and a laundromat within 2 minutes walk. The area is very safe and a little more residential. The hotel’s neighbour is a daycare. The rooms are nice but the best thing is the firm mattress. Nice quality linens. Clean and comfortable. I love my stay
